Upgrade JBossCache to 1.4.0 in Branch 4.0

      JBC 1.4.0 will be backwards compatible with 1.2.3. and will work with JGroups 2.2.7, so it should ship as the default JBC in 4.0.5. JBC 2.0 and later will not be API-compatible, so they will not be integrated in the 4.0.x releases.
