IllegalAccessException - after redeploy

We have an application build of 1 ear including:
-5 EJB jars
-2 WARs
-1 SAR

• and 10 library jars (/library/xxx.jar....)

There are no duplicate classes.

After redeployment we start to get
IllegalAccessException when accessing package
protected method. If no redeployment has taken place
everything works fine.

We suspect that classes has more than one instance.
