Unified JGroups MBean to configure the channel running inside the JBoss AS.

    Description

      Add an MBean for the JGroups JChannelFactory and configure the ClusterPartition to use it. Determine where the MultiplexerConfig comes from. Once JBossCache supports it, ensure that all cache config files use the JChannelFactory by default.
