Clustering unit test failures - UDP stack

Resolve remaining clustering related unit test failures. The testbeancluster.BeanClusterUnitTestCase.testStatefulPassiviationExpiration test needs to be made more robust. On the http session cases, the teardown needs to allow enough time for session invalidation to propagate.
