HttpSession replication "ScopedSet..." Unit tests fail

The ScopedSetAttributeTestCase and ScopedSetTriggerTestCase count on the test webapp's modifyAttribute.jsp not calling setAttribute(), but the jsp has been changed to add a setAttribute() call. Need to analyze use of this jsp in the tests, and possibly create a different jsp for use by the "ScopedSet..." cases.
