Change ObjectNameConvertor to use ObjectName(String) instead of ObjectName(String, Properties)

      Under JDK1.5 you cannot use ObjectName(String, Properties) to construct a query.
      ObjectName(String) must be used instead.

      At least ObjectNameConvertor does this (and possibly other places?)
