Java5 MarshallDocLiteralTestCase Failures

When running the all configuration from the current jboss 4.0 branch under jdk1.5.0 the org.jboss.test.webservice.marshalltest.MarshallDocLiteralTestCase
fails due to a deployment failure:

Perhaps some conflict between the jboss QName and the jdk QName.
