      The implementation of the new method MainDeployer.start(String url) launch InstanceAlreadyExistsException.

      The testcase to reproduce this can be found in JBAS-1995. But if you just stop a EJB or EAR module and call start the exception will be launched.

      In fact this happen because the handleNotification method of org.jboss.management.j2ee.LocalJBossServerDomain handle a start notification event to create jsr77 mbeans.
