Remove org.dom4j.xpath from top level dom4j.jar

The dom4j org.dom4j.xpath package has hard-coded dependencies on the jaxen xpath implementation. Because the dom4.jar is loaded by the jboss bootstrap URLClassLoader, there can be conflicts with other uses of jaxen. We have no use of xpath at the microkernel level and should remove the org.dom4j.xpath classes and jaxen.jar from the bootstrap path.
