      1. Run the installer, accepting all defaults
      2. Choose the "all" configuration on the installer group page. Click next.
      3. Unselect all packs.
      4. Right click on "jdbc-metadata-service" and select "select dependencies" and click "Next"
      5. complete the install, accepting all other defaults

      When you run the installation, the following error is thrown on startup:

      — MBeans waiting for other MBeans —
      ObjectName: jboss.jdbc:service=metadata
      State: FAILED
      Reason: org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentException: No standardjbosscmp-jdbc.xml found

      — MBEANS THAT ARE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM —
      ObjectName: jboss.jdbc:service=metadata
      State: FAILED
      Reason: org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentException: No standardjbosscmp-jdbc.xml found
