    Description

      When the OS runs out of file handles a NPE is thrown in FileURLListener:

      at org.jboss.deployment.scanner.AbstractDeploymentScanner$ScannerThread.run(AbstractDeploymentScanner.java:194)

      The attached patch fixes the problem.
