Tomcat clustered SSO will have tx active exception

To support fine-grained http session replication, we currently use a Batch tx in the clustered valve. However, the clustered sso also uses a UserTransaction tx to signifies the batch processing. There is no need for that anymore. I am not quite sure it will cause any problem, but it is redundant anyway.

We need to remove them.
