Twiddle script fails with JAVA_HOME that contains a space

When you install the Sun JDK to a directory with a space in the name (eg, c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_03), the twiddle scripts fail to execute the java.exe. I was able to correct this by modifying the scripts to put quotes around the call to java.
