New packaging for fine grain replication

We need a new package to accomodate the aop for fine-grained http session replication. This is needed for the jboss-aop.xml that declares the observable aspect.

Since FIELD level granularity should depend on this. A better way to pakcage it inside a SAR and have the MBean be available during war deployment time. If it is not available, we will throw an exception.
