Netboot in 4.0 fails due to missing class

    Description

      I'm seeing a missing class from the commons-httpclient.jar that used to exist in the 2.0RC2 version of the commons lib but is now gone in the current 2.0 final in our thirdparty.

      Switching back to the previous commons-httpclient.jar seems to fix this issue.
