Simplify second-level cache non-clustered configuration

Setting hibernate.cache.infinispan.cfg=org/infinispan/hibernate/cache/commons/builder/infinispan-configs-local.xml sounds too cumbersome. As an alternative we should add
hibernate.cache.infinispan.clustered property (true by default).
