need to store the chunk size of Lucene segments in the metadata

The chunk size is a configurable constant defining the maximum size per each segment; currently this size can't be changed after the index was created or the segment math won't match.
This size should be stored together with each file's metadata so that it will be possible to change the chunk size, or in future have it adaptable in other ways.
