Add EmbeddedCacheManager.getGlobalConfiguration() variant for new configuration API

The current EmbeddedCacheManager.getGlobalConfiguration() method returns the deprecated org.infinispan.config.GlobalConfiguration object. There is currently no method to return the org.infinispan.configuration.global.GlobalConfiguration object with which the cache manager was created.
