Hot Rod Transactions: improve code and avoid FunctionalMap

    Description

      Replace the FunctionMap with the Map API to avoid edge cases during topology changes. Failures during the global transaction table must be handled properly (failures during prepare can abort the transaction, and failures during commit propagated to the client(? the client can retry them) or retried).
