Allow different SNI hostname for hot rod cluster configuration

    Description

      With the current implementation the SNI hostname is set globally per RemoteCacheManager.

      So adding another cluster will use the same approach SNI hostname, which is incorrect.

      It would be better to set the SNI hostname per cluster.
