Steps to Reproduce:
- Create cluster with 8.1.7 operator
- Once ready update Operator channel to 8.2.0 which will trigger server upgrade
- Observer server failing to start

Servers are fail to start when upgraded from 11.x to 12.1.2.Final.

This is due to incompatbilities in the SFS .dat file used by the event logger.

IPROTO-211 causes a conflict with the UUIDAdapter ProtoTypeID
The SFS migration code does not handle internal Infinispan user types.
