Start a State transfer for a cache

      • Add a state transfer button in the list of sites
      • Ask for confirmation
      • Display alert confirming the state transfer
      • When the transfer is over, display the result (Ok Error)
      • Once the state transfer is going on, the button displayed is 'Cancel'
      • Once the state transfer is over or canceled, we must clear the result to launch a new one
