[RFE] More descriptive AWS AMI image names

      Goal: 

      • As an Image Builder user, I would like to easily find my own images in AWS' dashboard

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • AMI image name is descriptive, e.g. PROJECT-USER-DATE
      • This is not sufficient: composer-api-4167a38e-4817-4954-9ffe-9aa566fc7bfa
