Epic Goal
- Enable ROSA to use a Terraform-free Installer image ("altinfra" image) from the release payload
Why is this important?
- The Installer is creating a Terraform-free Installer image for AWS, in order to reduce risk of CVEs after Haschicorp's Terraform license change. This epic would enable ROSA to use the image.
