Easier setup of email server

Right now, the hawkular admin has to modify standalone.xml to set up the email server for email notifications.

It must be possible to it in an easier way

• ui page (but dangerous for e.g. lote where everyone could set up their own server)
• external config file that is read on system startup
• ...
