User for embedded agent in hawkular server not set

In the normal setup when a user downloads the Hawkular distro, there is no jdoe user, but the embedded agent expects it.

It must be possible to either create a technical user for the embedded agent
or to assign (and then start the agent) a user in the UI for the agent.
