Hawkular Commons 0.2.4.Final declares unusable cassandra driver

Hawkular commons 0.2.4.Final contains a cassandra driver used by other components. This driver is unfortunately not usable because its module.xml refers to a jar file that doesn't exist.

This was caused by the fact that the driver jar file name is hardcoded in the module.xml in source code and the fact that 0.2.4.Final uses hawkular-parent-pom:26 which changed the version of the driver to be used from 2.2.0.rc2 to 2.2.0.rc3.

As such module.xml refers to the "old" file, while the build includes the new file in the module zip.
