Application Servers list number

Scenario 1: user just landed in the page

• Issue: It is said in 4 places that there is 1 server (status aggregator, number aside to "application servers", "1 Results" below the filter, "Showing 1 to 1 of 1 items" in the table.
• Solution: 1. Remove the number aside to "Application Servers" above the filter; 2. Hide "1 Results" when anything is filtered (it is already saying in the table).

Scenario 2: user searchs for something with no result

• Issue: It says "1 results", but it doesn't show any. Table says "Showing 1 to 0 of 1 Items".
• Solution: 1. Say "No results". 2. "Showing 0 of 0 items". 3. Replace the text inside the table by "No results. Try refining your search."
