Multiple organisation should not be created with the same name.

      • create Organisation with name "Test".
      • Again create Organisation with the same name "Test" using same user

      • Multiple organisation should not be created with the same name.
        In manage organisation we can create multiple organisation with the same name which can be confusing from user end
