Date Range Picker Only supports relative Date Ranges

The current date range picker only supports relative date ranges. The new drag selection on charts allows historical range selections. We have not implemented the 'Custom...' option yet that allows historical ranges.

FYI: the next task is to make the Hawkular date range selection a directive of its own, that can be reused within other projects.
