      As Todd Carlson, I need to be able to view the status of application resources (URLs) from within the context of the EAP or WildFly server serving the URLs in order to monitor the health of the server.

      Verify that the user can access:
      The availability of the resource (Up or Down)
      Unresolved Alerts on the resource
      Graphical display of the availability history
      Graphical display of the response time history
