[AC] View Alert definitions

As a user with monitor privileges view a list of alert definitions..

Verify user can view all the alert definitions
Verify the user can view the host or hosts the alert is defined for
Verify the user can view the resource the alert is defined for
Verify the user can view if the alert has notifications defined (not details of the notification)
Verify the user can view the severity of the definition
Verify the user can view the alert definitions they have created
Verify the user can view alerts definitions that have been shared with them
Verify the user can view alerts definitions delivered by default in the system (JVM, EAP subsystems)
