Undeloying a deployment results in missing cell in row

I have :undeploy'd the hawkular-avail-creator.war from the JBoss CLI.
On next update the row of the war-deployment was shifted to the left,
as apparently the status icon+text is missing.
After :deploy'ing again, the screen goes back to normal.
