Remove Redundant metrics/plugin Directory from UI Dir hierarchy

      Right now there a couple redundant directories that can be removed.

      scripts/plugins/metrics/plugins/metrics

      We can remove two levels of directories here, so it will become:

      scripts/plugins/metrics

            vrockai Viliam Rockai (Inactive)
            mithomps1@redhat.com Mike Thompson (Inactive)
