Error is shown when same URL is added by two different users

      Login to hawkular with a user.
      add a URL (ex: http://hawkular.org)
      Logout and login to hawkular with another user.
      add the same URL (ex: http://hawkular.org)

      If a registered user say user1 adds a URL, and user2 tries to add the same URL, the following error is shown in UI
      POST - Trigger with ID [70221309770b5d7c6ebc1e6814120abd_trigger_thres] exists.
