Currently we are dealing with basic authentication between the agents and Hawkular Services.

It might make sense to move to using something like token based authentication (and have the token restricted to a single feed id).

This means any one of the machines which have been configured to use the agent has the username and password required to read and write any data in Hawkular Services, and execute commands on those servers using the command gateway.
