Delete button in list of available JDR reports

In the list of available JDR reports, there should be a "delete" button for each available report. The button should be enabled only for reports in "Completed" or "Error" state. Reports in any other state must not show/enable the download button.

When pressed, a confirmation dialog should be shown. If deletion is confirmed, the relevant JDR report should be deleted from MiQ storage and any database record related to the report should be deleted. This should remove the relevant report from the list of available JDR reports.
