The current code on agent side that
provides the container id makes an invalid assumption
and it reuses the machine-id field for setting the container id.

The code in MiQ processes the machine id in refresh_parser/alternate_machine_id in order to cross link it with vm or container, and it is not compatible with the container id due to a different format of the id so it fails.

The agent should set a new property for container id and not reuse the machine-id that is intended for the hardware id.
