As a ManageIQ administrator I need to be able to specify what metrics I want collected from the middleware servcies in my inventory so that I can manage the amount of storage required by the middleware manager. For example, if I do not use JMS messaging in any of my EAP applications, I need to be able to turn off all metrics collection associated with JMS.

In addition it must be possible to set the collection interval (JMAN4-118)

The expression of this requirement in the ManageIQ UI must be flexible enough to expand beyond EAP and cover other middleware products are the come under management.
Users should be able to define a set of metrics to collect from a MW server (EAP or JWS) and apply that definition to multiple servers that are scoped by a tag or a server group if running in EAP domain mode. The collection interval should be specified separately from the set of metrics to collect.

EAP in Containers are immutable and thus don't support the above.
