Description

The chart for accum CPU usage is being incorrectly rendered (start and end bars out of the chart area, and bars in the middle with half width) and when hovering it shows incorrect intervals (several bars have "2 days" interval in a week time range chart)

This is due to HWKMETRICS-353, since it sends data not ordered, so timestamps are mixed.
