Add general purpose inventory browser / chart viewer

We should add a general purpose inventory browser (nagivate feeds->resources -> metrics) and then show charts. If we allow to pin charts, this can serve as a general purpose dashboard builder.

There is a branch in hawkular 'exp-explorer' that can serve as starting point for this.

Bonus points for alert integration.
