Update top navigation link to real breadcrumbs

      We currently have a top navigation like "« All URLs".
      We decided to update it to real breadcrumbs, so in this case it would be "« URLs > http://www.url.com".
      Please look at the screenshots that indicates the whole path for all breadcrumbs.
      In application servers, the breadcrumb of overview repeats itself to all tabs (1st level).
