Incorrect "Last Update" time when using custom time range

Currently, the "Last Update" time present in the various tabs is using the last (most recent) timestamp returned in the data obtained from REST endpoints.

But in case the data is set to a custom time range, where the end timestamp is different from now() it shows "Last Update" incorrectly.

Also from Gabriel mockups, it's position should be above the tab line and currently it is below.
