Create a layer for inline action buttons in the column and hide the text that overlaps with the layer

This issue is created to address the truncation problem in the columns. Currently we can't show the full name of some objects even if there is enough space in those rows, because we have to leave extra space for the inline buttons that will be shown after the user selects them.

In my opinion, Gmail has a better solution to address the similar issue. As shown in the screenshot, they created a layer for the action button "RSVP" and they hide the overlapping text below that layer. As a result, there is no need to save extra space in the rows that are not selected.
