Managed deployed JMS resources

    Description

      JMS resources (jms-queue, jms-topic and pooled-connection-factory) can be added to the server runtime as part of a deployment under

       /deployment=*/subsystem=messaging/hornetq-server=*

      These resources are manageable in the CLI but not in the GUI console.

      If an archive contains such resources, HAL logs a warning: 

      Unknown deployment type: messaging
