Switch to "statistics-enabled" as the consistent attribute for toggling whether statistics are turned on

Console-side counterpart to WFLY-561 and changes discussed at http://lists.jboss.org/pipermail/wildfly-dev/2013-December/001270.html.

Basically, when subsystems are converted to using 'statistics-enabled', the console should also show the new attribute instead of the deprecated old ones.
