Add support for new encrypted expression resources

    Description

      The new resources are:

      /subsystem=elytron/secret-key-credential-store=

      /subsystem=elytron/expression=encryption

       

      The former and the existing credential-store resource both have operations for the manipulation of secret-keys.

       

      The latter, in addition to it's configuration exposes an operation to encrypt value and convert it to an expression.  It could be a possibility to enhance the console so for any attribute being written which supports expression the console gives the user the ability to encrypt the value using this new resource before adding to the model.
