Add unmanaged deployment doesn't work for directory apps

To add an unmanaged deployment of a directory based application, the validation asks to set the "archive" boolean to true, but "archive" may be true (jar based) or false (directory based), the "requires" metadata for "path" attribute, requires the attribute to be set, regardless of the value.
