Subsystem: naming - add binding form changes

    Description

      As of HAL 2.8.27, the add binding form in Subsystem: naming configuration shows all the possible attributes for each type of binding (simple, external-context, object-factory, lookup). The form should not show or disable fields that are not relevant for binding type picked.
