      Goal

      As a developer, I want to see health status for OpenShift resources such as Routes and DeploymentConfigs so that I can see the overall health status of my application.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Health status of DeploymentConfig is displayed in Argo CD Dashboard and OpenShift Console Environments
      • Health status of Route is displayed in Argo CD Dashboard and OpenShift Console Environments
